If there are comedians’ comedians (I know!), then this is an Assassin’s Creed game for all the assassin’s enthusiasts. It has it all - great fighting, thrilling story and a very charismatic lead. The whole concept of putting him in the middle of French revolution and set templars and assassins on the opposite sides of the spectrum is a really fun idea that I’ve learned to love. I hope they will go into this direction, because there is something unbelievable about assassins fighting in cities of Norway. Like, dude, we don’t have such infrastructure in Oslo nowadays, so hundreds years ago is also not even remotely possible. Anyways, it is worth checking out, very good game, you won’t be disappointed. Oh, and the key is fine, they deliver it fast with no problems.
RomaniaAmazing game, I wonder if it could be better with some French dub. Like really, what this game must sound with french dubbing is just something I can’t comprehend! Anyways, it’s kind of a nostalgic take on the whole franchise, with winking to the camera and all. The story is really good, holds together everything well. The only thing that is a downside is the amount of bugs that really were not that necessary to be honest, but found a way to be included in the end. I am not a fan of it, but it is what it is, so yeah. I don’t really care much about the whole concept of “true” assassins game or whatever, but I liked the direction they took in this one and hope that they will go int this direction in the future. As for the Royacdkeys thing - no problems here, got a key right away with no issues.
RomaniaAmazing game, just a glorious comeback after few missteps from the studio. It is probably my favorite assassins game with all the cheeky jumps and turns and everything. I really liked the setting of the game, I feel like it is the best place to situate the Assassin’s series, as it combines the whole dynamic perfectly. It’s like - Assassin’s, wildcards vs Templars, orderly. Freedom vs Being proper and lawful but under the heavy hand. Living may be harsh, but what is ever harsher is the whole idea of not being free. And this game encapsulates this. Great stuff, really!
