Digital Products and Immediate Delivery

RoyalCDKeys sells digital products, including but not limited to software keys, game keys, subscription keys, activation codes, gift cards, digital accounts and other digital content delivered electronically.

Digital products may be delivered by email, through order status page, through a secure redeem/download page.

By purchasing a digital product, you understand that the product may be delivered shortly after payment confirmation and that, once delivered, revealed, sent, downloaded, claimed, redeemed, activated, or otherwise made available, the product may be used immediately and may not be capable of being returned in the same way as a physical product.

Immediate Delivery Consent for Digital Products

For certain digital products, especially customers located in the European Union, you may be asked before purchase or before delivery to provide express consent to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal once delivery begins.

The consent wording may include:

“I agree to the immediate delivery of the digital product and acknowledge that I lose my right of withdrawal once the digital key is delivered, revealed, or sent.”

If you provide this consent and the digital key is delivered, revealed, sent, downloaded, claimed, redeemed, activated, or otherwise made available to you, your statutory withdrawal right may no longer apply, subject to applicable law.

Reveal Key / Reveal All Keys

For some products, the digital key may not be shown automatically. Instead, you may need to click “Reveal Key” for a single key or “Reveal All Keys” for an order containing multiple keys.

The reveal action may be recorded, including the order number, date and time of reveal, customer email, product details, access logs and other technical information necessary to prove delivery, prevent fraud, support customers, and handle disputes or chargebacks.

Bulk Digital Key Orders

If you purchase multiple digital keys in one order, one reveal action may reveal all keys in that order or allow you to download them in a file. Once the keys are revealed, delivered, downloaded, claimed, activated, redeemed, or otherwise made available, the order may be treated as delivered.

Third-Party Suppliers and Delivery Providers

Some digital products may be fulfilled, validated, or supplied through third-party inventory providers, distributors, marketplaces, or digital delivery applications. Product availability, key verification, replacement, refund eligibility and support investigation may depend on information received from these providers and from the relevant activation platform.

We remain responsible for handling your order and support request through RoyalCDKeys, but certain technical checks may require supplier or platform verification.

No Automatic Refund

Submitting a support ticket, refund request, withdrawal request, or chargeback does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Each case is reviewed based on the product type, delivery status, reveal status, activation/redeem status, consent records, supplier verification and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
