Activation Guide

Step 1: Use the credentials delivered with your order, directly or through the supplied external website, and log in to the account.

Step 2: Confirm that the account contains the correct content, including the correct edition and expected playtime.

Step 3: Add the purchased account to the console and set it as the primary account.

Step 4: Follow the PS5 instruction.

The purchased account must be added as a user, not as a one-time guest.

Step 5: Change the credentials to make the account your own.

Step 6: Change the email address.

Step 7: Change the password.

Step 8: Add two-factor authentication.

Warning: Adding a payment method or changing the account region may result in the account being banned. No refund applies in these cases.

Step 9: After the account is added as the primary account, download the game and switch back to the account you want to play from so progress is saved there.
