Using RoyalCDKeys

These terms govern purchases and use of royalcdkeys.com. RoyalCDKeys is the store name; ROYAL KEYS MARKET LIMITED is the seller. By placing an order, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. You must be legally able to enter into the purchase or have the appropriate permission of a parent or legal guardian.

What you are buying

We sell digital products. The product listing identifies whether you are buying an activation key, a gift-card code, a subscription or access to an account. An account-access product is not an activation key. Check the listed platform, edition, region, device requirements, activation instructions, access duration and any restrictions before purchase. Products must match the description and any representations made at the time of sale.

Third-party platform and software terms may also apply. A purchase does not transfer the intellectual-property ownership of a game, application or platform. Nothing in these terms excuses us from supplying what we described or limits remedies for a defective or misdescribed product.

Orders, prices and payment

Provide an accurate email address, billing information and the details reasonably necessary to process your order. The checkout shows the amount and currency payable, including applicable taxes or charges shown there. Your payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion or payment charges.

We may review an order for payment security, stock availability or an apparent listing or pricing error. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify you and refund any amount collected for the unfulfilled product. We will not substitute a materially different product or increase the agreed price without your agreement.

Delivery and account security

Delivery is electronic, as explained in our Shipping policy. Keep your delivery links and credentials secure. Contact support if access appears compromised. You are responsible for following clearly disclosed activation and platform requirements, but this does not make you responsible for defects or problems caused by us or the supplied product.

For fixed-term subscriptions and account-access products, the purchased duration and any renewal arrangements are those disclosed before checkout. Recurring charges require the agreement presented at purchase; a product being called a subscription does not by itself authorise undisclosed future charges.

Problems, cancellations and refunds

Our Return and refund policy forms part of these terms. It provides a voluntary 7-day change-of-mind period from purchase for eligible unrevealed and unused products. Please report delivery, activation or access problems within 7 calendar days of discovering them. Once a defect, non-delivery or mismatch with the description is confirmed, you may choose replacement or refund for the affected product.

Sending, revealing or activating a digital product does not automatically exclude remedies for a defect or misdescription. Our reporting periods do not shorten mandatory legal rights. Where a statutory right to withdraw applies, it is lost for immediately supplied digital content only if the legally required consent, acknowledgement and confirmation have been obtained.

Fair use and payment disputes

Do not use stolen payment information, provide deliberately false information, interfere with store security or misuse another customer's account. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud or protect the service, subject to applicable law and any refund or other rights you retain.

We may share relevant order, payment-verification, delivery and support records with payment providers and banks to investigate or respond to disputes, as described in our Privacy policy. Contacting support does not remove your right to contact your bank or a regulator.

Shopify and personal information

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes information about visits and purchases and, through Shopify Network Intelligence, may use information about interactions with this store, other merchants and Shopify to provide services such as personalisation, analytics and advertising. Information may be shared with Shopify and other service providers in other countries. See our Privacy policy, Shopify's Consumer Privacy Policy and Shopify's privacy portal for details and applicable choices.

Responsibility and applicable law

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, or restricts mandatory consumer protections or access to a competent court. We are based in Hong Kong; this does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections that apply in their country of residence. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

Changes and earlier orders

The terms and product description applicable when you place an order govern that purchase. Later updates do not retrospectively reduce existing contractual or statutory rights.
