What Rating System Should You Use?
Your rating system will depend directly on the types of questions or statements you'll use. Generally, most organizations use a numerical rating system, i.e., they establish a score from 1 to 5 where 1 is "Inexistent," and 5 is "Always present." 1 can also be "below average," and 5 for "Above average."
Another rating system you can use to rate a student or employee successfully is the one below. This is especially beneficial when evaluating training or developing capabilities or general processes. Besides, alternatives are neutral and provide input and guidance.
