Activation Guide

Step 2: Click "Install Steam" (from the upper right corner)

Step 3: Install and start application, login with your Account name and Password (create one if you don't have).

Step 4: Please follow these instructions to activate a new retail purchase on Steam:

Step 5: Launch Steam and log into your Steam account.

Step 6: Click the Games Menu.

Step 7: Choose Activate a Product on Steam...

Step 8: Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the process.

Doesn't work in Serbia

Turned out this key doesn't work in my country, although judging by the title ("PlateUp! Global Steam CD Key") it should work anywhere. When I wrote to the customer support, first they requested a tonn of proof, which I provided. Then they changed the title to "PlateUp! ROW Steam CD Key" and tried to gaslight me saying that I bought ROW version and basically it's my fault (at that time they didn't event bother to change the description, where is was still stated it was Global version). After pointing that out I requested the refund, my request was updated and I never heard from them since, no refund no nothing. I am still confused about what does Global version and ROW version mean and how to verify if it's gonna work in X country, I got no explanation regarding these version. Maybe I was in the wrong all along, and I would appreciate if someone explained it to me.
