NOTE: The activation key found in your email is not the same as the activation code. The activation key is used to register for HMA VPN, while the activation code is used for activating the application on your device.

Step 2: IF YOU"RE A NEW USER:

Step 3: Go to hidemyass.com/retail

Step 4: Enter a valid email address and your desired password to create an account.

Step 5: Enter the Activation key found in the order confirmation email, then click Continue. Your account is created, and you will be redirected to my.hidemyass.com.

Step 6: Open the email with the subject: Please verify your email address, and click Verify email.

Step 7: When verification is complete, click Continue.

Step 8: Click Redeem activation code, enter your Activation key, then click Redeem activation code again.

Step 9: Your HMA subscription is now active, click Got it. Your activation code is now shown in your HMA Account, under Your HMA subscriptions.

Step 10: Go to installation-files to download the app for your preferred platform.

Step 11: To activate HMA VPN for Windows and macOS, click Already purchased > Enter activation code, type or paste the activation code found in your HMA Account including all hyphens and spaces, and click Activate.

Step 12: IF YOU ALREADY HAVE AN HMA ACCOUNT:

Step 13: Login to your account and go to my.hidemyass.com/#activate-license

Step 14: Enter the code that you've received in the order and click Redeem.

Step 15: Your HMA subscription is now active, click Got it. Your activation code is now shown in your HMA Account, under Your HMA subscriptions.

Step 16: Go to installation-files to download the app for your preferred platform.

Step 17: To activate HMA VPN for Windows and macOS, click Already purchased > Enter activation code, type or paste the activation code found in your HMA Account including all hyphens and spaces, and click Activate.
