Electronic delivery only

Products bought from RoyalCDKeys are supplied digitally. We do not ship physical packages, so physical delivery addresses, courier tracking and return labels do not apply to these digital products.

How you receive your product

Depending on the product, delivery provides an activation key, code, subscription instructions or account-access details through a delivery email or a secure access link sent to the email address entered at checkout. An order-confirmation email acknowledges the purchase; the product may arrive in a separate delivery message.

Check the product listing to confirm the platform, region, edition and delivery format. A listing for account access supplies account access rather than a code to add to your own existing account unless the listing expressly says otherwise.

Delivery timing

Digital delivery is normally automated after successful payment and order approval. Payment processing, security review, stock availability or a clearly disclosed release date can delay delivery. Any delivery estimate shown on the product page applies to that product; delivery is not guaranteed to be instantaneous.

If we cannot supply your purchased product, we will notify you and provide a refund for the unfulfilled product. We will not treat an order-confirmation email alone as proof that a working product was supplied.

Missing email or access problem

Check your spam or junk folder and the email address on your order. If the product does not arrive within the stated delivery estimate, the delivery link does not work, or the supplied product cannot be used as described, email support@royalcdkeys.com with your order number and details of the issue. Please report the problem within 7 calendar days of discovering it; mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
