It’s used in designing the development process and considering all possible outcomes at each production stage. Using FMEA will help you assess if the project will be successful and what issues you may encounter during the development cycle.
Failure Modes
The first thing you need to do is to get the most qualified people involved in the project. So, you need to find good analysts who can then contact suppliers, talk to potential customers, research what you are trying to accomplish, and be helpful.
