It’s a survival horror occurring in Union, a world inhabited by strange creatures. Controlling a committed detective, Sebastian Castellanos, your mission is to rescue your daughter.

As the direct sequel to the first The Evil Within, this chapter lets you explore the different maps freely, complete side objectives, and craft items that will help you in your mission. You can also improve Sebastian’s abilities through the Green Gel, introduced in the prequel. 

The Evil Within 2 poses similar situations that you can find in games like Resident Evil, where exploration of scenarios is the main core while expecting what will appear around the corner. However, TEW 2 entails a darker atmosphere than the Capcom title or Outlast and builds a desperate hell you want to escape.
