In Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, you play in the Star Wars universe, stepping into the shoes of Cal Kestis, a young Jedi Padawan. After the Jedi Order falls, Cal must dodge the Empire's forces, seeking to finish his training and restore the Jedi legacy.

Like Death's Door, this title offers a mix of exploration, puzzle-solving, and action. The gameplay involves thrilling combat with a lightsaber and using the Force to overcome obstacles and enemies. Cal discovers new abilities as you progress, unlocking parts of the world and its story.

I liked using the Sprint strike ability. It helps keep on the move. I defeated Trilla on Zeffo on Grandmaster by spamming this attack when I was out of stims, so I recommend this ability for your gameplay.

In Hades, you play as Zagreus, aiming to escape the Underworld. With each attempt, you'll battle through changing rooms, using a mix of weapons and magical abilities.

You can expect tough combat, but dying isn't the end. It's a chance to upgrade skills and gear. This has been the only game where I didn't mind dying. No matter how much progress I made in each run, it's rewarding.

The game's combat also shares similarities with Death's Door, but on the contrary, Hades offers a broader range of strategies, weapons, and different buffs. As you progress, new skills and the game's combat system allow you to defeat bosses and uncover more of the world and its lore.

Hades features:

The gameplay focuses on learning each titan's behavior to uncover the one way to defeat them. This Souls-like game combines strategic combat mechanics with the idea of protection and puzzle-solving, offering a unique take on the genre.

Like Death's Door, Hollow Knight offers a deep story within a richly detailed world filled with puzzles and hard enemies.

The game blends fast-paced combat with exploration, allowing you to unlock new weapons and abilities. Each boss fight tests your skills, pushing you to master the game's mechanics. My favorite fight was the Mantis Lords battle. The music, sound effects, and the moment they bowed to me after four deaths and won with one last mask. It was just a fulfillment and accomplished victory.

Hollow Knight features:

• A Steel soul mode for a higher difficulty level, where death is permanent, offering a true test of skill.

• Hidden areas and secret paths that reward exploration with new powers, lore, and items.

As a sequel, it has new abilities and weapons at your disposal and offers countless ways to engage in combat and solve puzzles. Playing as Link, you'll utilize innovative mechanics to navigate different environments and enjoy fun, immersive boss fights in this genre-defining action-adventure game.
